TODD ULLOM- PRINCIPAL

Todd has over 20 years experience in managing and developing residential and commercial real estate. He has held senior executive positions in both private and public homebuilding companies where he has managed more than $350 million in annual revenues and the development of more than $2 billion in residential projects ranging from entry level condos to multi-million dollar luxury homes. In addition, he has managed the construction of more than 2 million square feet of office/medical projects. Throughout his career, Todd has managed both growth and turn around companies, provided business consulting for more than 200 of the nation’s largest homebuilders, developed new business opportunities, designed industry leading business processes and developed marketing strategies. His experience includes vice president of strategy and homebuilding operations and president of the Palm Beach Division for WCI Communities; COO for Matthews Brothers Homes; vice president of sales and business development for BuildNet; director of operations for John Wieland Homes; and construction manager for Emory University. Todd created the Martha Stewart and Ralph Lauren branded home concepts, developed industry leading supply chain and scheduling processes and has leveraged his process improvement knowledge to drive significant cost savings for customers. Todd has a B.S. in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
