Chris has over 17 years of diverse experience in the building industry, providing leadership and expertise in single-family home construction, estimating, purchasing, contractor sales, field management and vendor relations. Chris has a demonstrated record of streamlining work flow, increasing productivity, reducing costs, creating strong vendor relationships, and developing high performing work groups. As a result of Chris’s communication, negotiation and contract management skills, he was named as one of the Nation’s “Top 200 Home Builder Purchasing Executives” by Home Builder Executive magazine. Chris holds a B.S. in Business & Marketing from Albright College. |
